From Missouri so I have zero regional bias, Dungeness are an easy S tier both in the amount of meat and quality taste. Any time I travel to to the northwest im getting some
S tier for blue crab ? Dude come on. I live in Nola & love blue crab but come on man get real. Stone crab is S tier. I’ll give blue crab a B at best

I'm lucky to have lived in the PNW, so I've had my share of Dungees, but I visited my grandparents in PA every year and they had the hook up on Blues. I have to switch with you and put Dungees on top!

C tier for stone crab is a crime. Frozen probably did it. Fresh there is nothing like it.

Blue crab is good but honestly best bang for your buck imo is Dungeness crab. Great flavor, decent amount of meat, for a fairly reasonable price.
My favorite is Alaskan King Crab by far!

Blue crabs can be hit or miss depending on if they are in season. But if they are and when they hit they are sooooo good.

Fresh, never frozen, stone crab claws are the best in the world. Frozen they lose a lot of flavor and changes their texture.
I stopped watching once you put Maryland blue crab at the top. It should be close to the bottom. It’s so much work to get meat it’s not even worth it.
