Jamaican Rasta Pasta



In this video, you will learn how to make Rasta Pasta using simple ingredients that can be found in your local grocery store. This recipe can be made in less than 15 minutes and will be a hit with your family and friends. It’s perfect for a quick dinner or a side dish for an event. You will need the following:

1 box of Ronzoni Penne Rigate No. 76 Pasta
3 to 4 teaspoons of Walkerwood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (Mild)
1 jar (15 oz) of Classico Creamy Alfredo
1 jar (15 oz) of Classico Four Cheese Alfredo
4 halves Sweet Bell Peppers (yellow, orange, red and green)
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp dried pasley
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (omit if giving to kids, very spicy)
1/2 tsp onion powder
oil for sauteing

  1. A couple questions. How hot was the burner while you were cooking everything? And how hot was it after you added the pasta?

    How much garlic did you put in? And if I was to substitute minced garlic, how would I put in? And do I add it all at the beginning?

    I would like to add chicken too. So…when would I add the chicken after it has been cooked?
