Homemade soups aren’t terribly hard and have a lot more bowls than you think.
You could do a pot roast! Those are mega big and feed a bunch of people at once, so you could probably do multiple batches! And it pairs with different sides too, like pasta or rice!
I'd say salmon but that'd probably need a bunch of salmon filets but it could be cooked in an oven and then cut up and divided amongst meals
Super cool idea! I have a few suggestions, rice curry bowl, oyakudon, rice bowl fried chicken with tonkatsu sauce… keep up the good work!
Curry is tasty, can be healthy, easily made in large batches.
I make giant burritos every other week for our freezer, I just put pretty much put any protein and any veggies I have on hand in them. Adding potato’s makes it extra filling as well! You’re amazing for doing this! ❤❤
