This is a great way to use up a Christmas pudding that doesn’t get eaten.
Christmas pudding Bon Bon Recipe:
– 1.5 cups dark chocolate melted
– 1/4 cup rum or juice
– 1 cup melted white chocolate
– 1 pkg Cherries
– Mix crumbled pudding, rum, and dark chocolate.
– Roll into about 30 balls.
– Chill till cold. About 1 hour.
– Spoon over melted white chocolate and top with a cherry.
