It's Colcannon and it's pronounced Cal Cannon. Growing up in Dublin my Mam always made it with mashed potatoes (obviously), butter, milk, curly kale, finely chopped scallions and salt. A specialty around the Irish festival, Halloween or Samháin the original name.
