2 carrots (sliced)
2 potatoes (cubed)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
Salt, pepper, and spices to taste (paprika, cumin)
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Rice:

1 cup basmati rice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Salt to taste
For the Salad:

Fresh lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Red onions
Olive oil and lemon juice for dressing
How to Make:

Beef Stew: Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft. Add the beef and cook until browned. Add carrots, potatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth. Simmer for 30-40 minutes until the beef is tender. Garnish with parsley.
