How to Smoke Beef chuck & Cowboy beans | Outdoor cooking recipes | BBQ baked beans recipe | Camping

I’m keeping it simple on the smoker today. I smoked beef chuck with only a salt and pepper rub, potatoes, and onions braised in some beef stock. Hearty smoked Cowboy beans with bacon, onion, and deliciously savory spices.

Recipe
∙ Beef chuck 2kg
∙ 5 Potatoes
∙ 3 onions
∙ 1½ tablespoons Garlic flakes
∙ ½ tablespoon coriander
∙ 450ml Beef stock( 1 cube)
∙ 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ oil

Cowboy beans(BBQ Baked Beans)
∙ 2 cans baked beans
∙ 1 can Butter beans(Drained)
∙ 300grams smoked bacon
∙ 2 tablespoons molasses
∙ 1 onion
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic flakes
∙ 2 tablespoons brown sugar
∙ 1 red bell pepper
∙ ½ tablespoon cumin
∙ 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
∙ 250ml beef stock (1 cube)
∙ 2 tablespoons Hot German mustard
∙ 1 tablespoon dried thyme
∙ 1 tablespoon paprika

Enjoy!☺

  1. Weereens n wenner julle, puik kombinasie van vleis, bone en aartappel, vraag: as ek gewoonweg enige steak braai, moet mens sout van die begin af op die steak sit of eers braai en dan aan tafel sout na smaak opsit,? ek is confuse met dit want mense se sout trek al die sap uit en word die vleis droog en taai….👍👍👍
