Ingredients:
Serves 3 – 4 pax
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of spicy broad bean paste
300g of thinly sliced pork shoulder butt (pork shabu shabu)
300g of round cabbage
1 tablespoon of miso paste + 3 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of mirin
2 sliced fresh red chilli
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Question for you Chef. If I substitute pork belly would it be cooked the same way? I have easy access to it and can imagine it being easier to slice thin at home with out a deli slicer.
