子供から大人まで美味しく食べられるレシピになっています♪ 🌻１食分のおおよその栄養素🌻 カロリー ４０１．４ タンパク質 ２２．７ 脂質 １６．６ 炭水化物 ４２．４ 🌻材料🌻 【焼きそば】５日分 マルちゃん焼きそば麺 ３個 焼きそばの粉 ３個 市販のキャベツミックス ３袋 もやし １袋 豚こま肉 ３００g ごま油 小さじ２ 塩コショウ 少々 ウスターソース 大さじ１〜２ 【薄焼き卵】 卵 ３個 塩 ２つまみ程度 砂糖 ２つまみ程度 水溶き片栗粉（片栗粉小さじ１+水小さじ２） 【おすすめのトッピング】 鰹節、青のり、紅生姜など 🌻作り方🌻 ①焼きそば麺を小さく切り、豚こま肉も小さく切る。 ②フライパンにごま油を敷き、豚肉に火が通るまで焼く ③キャベツミックス、もやしを入れ、塩コショウを振り、しんなりするまで炒める ④野菜に火が遠たら、切っておいた麺を入れ、焼きそばの粉と ウスターソースを入れよく混ぜ、冷ましておく （野菜が多いので粉だけだと味が薄まるためウスターソースも入れることで解凍後も味が薄まらなくなります。） ⑤【薄焼き卵】の材料を全てよく混ぜ合わせ、薄焼き卵を５枚作る ⑥ジップロックコンテナー４８０mlに冷ました焼きそば、鰹節を乗せ、 その上に薄焼き卵、青のり、紅生姜を乗せる 冷凍保存で２週間を目安に食べ切る ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 🌻食べる時🌻 ★冷凍からだと500W５分ほどレンジ加熱。 ★冷蔵解凍からだと500W2分ほどレンジ加熱 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 🌻職場に持っていく時🌻 冷凍の具を冷凍のまま保冷剤と一緒に持っていく。 職場に着いたら、冷蔵庫に入れておくと安心です。 お昼に職場のレンジで温める （加熱時間は、お弁当の量や溶け具合によって変わります） ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 🌻食べた感想🌻 焼きそばなのに野菜もたっぷり！ ウスターソースを追加しているので 解凍後も味が薄くなっていなくて美味しく食べられました。 大人から子供まで美味しく楽しく食べられると思います♪ 紅生姜はレンチンしすぎるとくにゃくにゃになった！笑 この夏の大満足のお弁当に★試してみてね！ source
