la pi-a le da el HIT , le agrega aroma.y fresco aunque yo las he visto hacerlas pero sin agregarle azucar ni caramelizar la pi-a cuando esta natural puedes sentir la textura de la pi-a en la ensalada, no faltan en ninguna fiesta de cuba, ni las croquetas ni este tipo de ensalda, si viven en un pais donde venda
