INGREDIENTS
-1.4Kilo Chicken leg quarters chopped into smaller pieces
-1/2cup banana ketchup
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-3Tbsp oyster sauce
-ground black pepper
-1 and 1/2Cup coca-cola
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-20g butter

I cooked this today, and let me tell you, taob ang sinaing! Haha! Akala ko magiging maalat gawa ng soy sauce and oyster sauce, but it was actually good! I skipped the butter kase naubusan ako e, but I fried it otherwise. Sarap! Thank you kuya Fern! 😊
