1/3 cup char siu sauce
2 tbsp chinese cooking wine
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp chinese 5 spice
glaze
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup char siu sauce
few drops red food coloring

I don't use artificial red colouring. I used red yeast rice powder for natural red colouring.
