Easy to make Spicy pork kikalayi and posho recipe

  1. Our Ugali is cooked first like porridge when porridge cooks a lot ( about 15-20 minutes)then we add dry mealie meal (maize meal) to a thick consistency and leave this thicker porridge on low heat for another ten minutes then it done dish it out in lamps using a wooden spoon
