Hey great job. I haven't done a "Over The Top" chili yet but have made your Wendy's Chili several times over the years and my wife loves it. I have also done your "Award Winning Chili" too and its the best to me, I think i will try it doing the "Over the Top" method with a chuck roast. Great Channel
