How to make filipino choco german bread, pinoy bread recipe.

Dough ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 kilo bread flour
100 grams white or brown sugar
2 and 1/4 tsp dry yeast or instant dry yeast
1 tsp vanilla ( optional )
a pinch of salt
1 cup lukewarm milk or water
25 grams unsalted melted butter

Choco filling:

125 grams all purpose flour
100 grams sugar
100 grams unsalted melted butter
40 grams cocoa powder

Coating or toppings ingredients:

100 grams finely crushed graham crackers
125 grams all purpose flour
100 grams unsalted melted butter
100 grams granulated white sugar

First proofing: 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Second proofing: 30 minutes to 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Bake in a pre-heated oven @180degrees celsius for 15minutes.
