Pressure Cook for 30-35 minutes
Crock Pot : Low 10-12Hr (Until Tender but holds Structure)

Olive oil
2 tbsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
Pinch Coarse Salt
1 Tbsp Coarse Black pepper

1 Bottle Mexican coke 12 fl oz
1 Large white onion
6 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
2 sprigs thyme
1 sprigs rosemary
1 large orange

It's called a butt because in colonel times they packed a pork shoulder in a barrel that hung off the horse. The barrel was referred to as a BUTT.

Pressure cooking meat never turns out remotely as well as slowcooking. The high heat denatures protein fibers which rapidly lock into more rigid tangle formations, as opposed to maintaining the original grain structure. There's a 50 degree difference between slow cooking and pressure, that's a lot of lost moisture and toughening of the meat.
Amateur fumbling at best.

I woulda left the bones .. more flavor
I cook the pork butt whole, all the same ingredients into a crock pot with lard. Add coke and milk for last 2 hours, I pull it after about 7 total hours, pull it apart throw it in a pan and broil in the oven to crisp the edges. Anyone else cook it whole or nah?
