[Ingredients]
300g pork (pork belly, pork shoulder or some tender cuts)
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 onion
1 green onions
Pepper, Sesame oil, Sesame seeds
* For sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp red pepper powder
2 Tbsp starch syrup(or sugar)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp mirin(or cooking wine)
1g ginger
Pepper

[Cooking method]
1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
2. Season with salt, soy sauce, and pepper.
3. Prepare the onion by slicing it.
4. Cut the green onions diagonally.
5. Make the seasoning sauce.
6. Fry the pork in a frying pan.
7. When the pork is 50% cooked, add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry.
8. When the pork is 80% cooked, add onions and green onions and stir-fry.
9. Finish by sprinkling sesame oil and sesame seeds.
