Bro Korma had nothing to do with Mughals 😂 … whichever left liberal concocted these BS stories must know that Korma dates much longer in Southern India where it is much simpler, creamier and tastier recipe than the destructive & non-creative Mughals who are falsely credited for rich Indian cuisines 🤦♂️🤦♂️ in reality Mughals came from Central Asia and we don't have Biryani, Korma, Pulao, Nihari, Naan etc. in Central Asia.. all these are purely Ancient Indian dishes

Actually people spend a lot of time & generations perfecting their dishes & just because we are born in that culture doesn’t mean we will cook certain dishes to perfection…it took me quite a while to cook perfectly what has been cooked in my family for generations….there are certain techniques & procedures without which your dish remains not the exact version….& it’s only with time you learn it, there is nothing to get so offended about….although there might be variations of a single dish but authentic one remains the one where it originated from….his Qorma doesn’t look authentic simply because he has probably missed out on a few steps, which he doesn’t even realize & that can easily be fixed. Those getting offended on his behalf need to relax!
