Cara memisahkan daging dan kulit nya bukan seperti itu, coba udangnya di rebus terlebih dahulu. Suami saya setiap bikin udang matis biasanya udang di rebus dulu buar warnanya orange katanya lebih bagus aja kalau fi rebus terlebih dahulu dan dagingnya tidak mudah hancur. Semoga di Baca ya🙏🙏
