Hey man…..thank you for leaving your dads videos up…..I love the sound of his voice…..I’m a longtime watcher….
I love this guy.he makes all my favorites easy to make.
Since I moved to Fla. I found it impossible to find tender ones ! They look beautiful ! But they just don't fry up right ! Very frustrating !!!! I never had this problem back home in Ct. 😁🖒✌
Little oil you say ? I can swim in that ! Lmao ! Thank you !
AWESOME CHOPS…😋😋😋
Where is the seasoning !!!
Why dont you boil it?
Howdy from Aubrey.
typical yank. likes the sound of his own voice too much.
i love frying up pork chops (just to brown them first nicely with some steak seasoning or seasoned salt) then simmer them in oregano, diced tomatoes with jalapenos, slivered onions, green peppers and a lil bit of taco seasoning and then serve them in flour tortillas or make buttery mashed potatoes to the side with the chops then the sauce of the chops (with the tomatoes & other goodies) make a delectable gravy to enjoy. <3
Holy bland , guess he don’t like flavor or texture , 6 minutes per side , 12 minutes on thin chops , over cooked dried out , oh and bland
Would shake n bake work like flour

You Know I'm from Chicago & we don't get any good meat here. Those chops look nice. Just watched your fried chicken recipe so I know this is going to be good. ok less oil

I think he meant 60 seconds, not minutes
Thank you for your help! I am new to fried pork chops so I did not know to wash the bone fragments off, so thanks to you, these are yummy! Thanks also for mentioning they didn't need salt. 👍
Appreciate the step by step instructions peace
Any bricklayer can cook like you cooked.Nothing special.
Try frying chops that thin in one generous tablespoon of clarified butter in half the time for a very tender and flavorful result. Clarified butter has the highest smoke point compared to anything else, and with chops that thin you wanna flash-fry 'em fast. What you end up with is a buttery tasting chop that ain't dried out yet is cooked enough to safely consume it. FYI – I don't piss around with all the other fancy crap; I simply pre-season my chops with ground salt and pepper and let them warm up to room temperature before frying them on high heat in clarified butter and spoon some of that clarified butter onto them while they're resting on the plate. Damn delicious is all I can say.
