Ingredients :

Marination :

400 gms Pork Belly (cut into ½ inch thickness, washed, drained & patted dry)
2 tbsp Corn Flour
½ tsp Salt (use as per taste)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

To Cook the Pork :
2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (to stir-fry until it is browned and cooked through)

Other Ingredients :

2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 tsp (6 gms) Ginger (adrak) – finely chopped
1 tbsp (25 gms) Garlic (lehsun) -finely chopped
1 medium size (70 gms) Onion Petals (cut into quarters and separate
the layers into petals)
2 pinch Sugar (to balance out the flavors)
4 tbsp Schezwan Sauce (store- bought)
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup (use more or less as per taste)
40 gms Red Bell Pepper (red capsicum)
40 gms Yellow Bell Pepper (yellow capsicum)
40 gms Green Bell Pepper (green capsicum)
3 nos Dry Red Chillies (whole or cut into half)
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
20 gms Fried Cashew Nuts
2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
1 tsp Sesame Seeds (roasted)

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
