I can’t do pineapple. Not because of allergies or anything, but let’s just say the stomach flu and medically prescribed cleansers with strong flavor profiles DO NOT mix. I would totally eat this if I was sure I wouldn’t be able to taste the pineapple or if someone has found a suitable alternative to the pineapple….you know, so to allergies or something else, like normal people.
I know this sounds weird, but trust me – add in some cottage cheese. Holy hell, delicious!!!!

Have you tried Frog-Eye Salad. Similar to Watergate Salad but no nuts. Also – frog's eyes are not an ingredient.

Pistatios not walnuts and tastes best in cupcake forms frozen in the frig eat like a sorbet treat so good

It's Excellent especially in the Tupperware bowl ( friggin perfect!!) I make mine similar but actually make the pudding just with less milk and I believe it was fruit cocktail sheesh I have not made it in 30 years soooo thanks a lot, I will be making some this week then lol ohhh and I was always told that it's called Pistachio Salad hahahaha..
