  1. For someone as small as you. Who isnt a bodybuilder.. losing 70 pounds isnt a good thing. Hard stretched to tell me that a 170 pound man going down to 100 pounds is somehow "good" whats going on?? Why did you do that? Unless youre completely wrong about your weight loss.

  2. Could use protein buns, to drop carbs and raise proteins, using Turkey mince is good and lean, so its low cal, but I reckon fish is best, in australia I use barramundi, as salmon is abit to fatty, not sure what to use in the states

  4. You made a comment on your 3-minute meal video. “I don’t snack.” Blew my mind. I’ve spent the last two weeks not snacking, and committing to eating 2-3 filling meals per day like in this short. This is the best I’ve felt in years.
