How to Make Homemade Focaccia with Chimichurri | Soft, Golden & Herby Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
Focaccia:
– 4 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 tsp salt
– 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (or 1 packet)
– 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F)
– 1/4 cup olive oil (+ more for brushing)
– 1 tsp sugar
– Coarse sea salt (for sprinkling)

Chimichurri Sauce:
– 1 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
– 3 garlic cloves (minced)
– 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps:
1️⃣ Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it foam for 5-10 minutes.
2️⃣ Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
