  1. I cook your food almost daily – your appreciation and enthusiasm for your recipes comes through so much on your videos and it's contagious!! Garlic chicken and masala chicken are on my list this week along with your spicy cauliflower and red onions which I'm serving with cumin potatoes – those potatoes are the best! Apart from podi potatoes as they're amazing too 😂 omg and the parathas too!!

  2. I noticed you don't have much of a roll when you use your knife. The blade comes straight down. Have you ever tried a Santoku knife? Works really well for me. Much less smile in the shape of the blade versus what you are using now.

  3. Love the recipes. Just the faff of picking out the bay leaves, cardamom and cloves at the end as they’re not pleasant to eat. Also love the flavour bone-in chicken thighs impart, but don’t want to fight my food to eat – would have to cut the bones out and mix back in. Thanks for the lovely recipes though.

One Q – can I use tinned tomatoes at this time of year as fresh are not really environmentally sustainable locally and not in season right now in the UK?
