A quick recipe
To a mixer add 3/4 cup sugar , 2 cardamom and blend it to fine powder.
To a kadai add 1 tbsp ghee, 10 cashew, 10 raisin and roast it.
Now remove the nuts and add 1 cup Ravai and roast in low flame for 5 min.
Now gradually add 1/2 cup milk and cook for 3 min.
Transfer Ravai to a separate bowl, add cashew , raisins, sugar and shape it while it is warm( once it cools down you cannot shape laddu)
