Serving – 4 to 5

Ingredients:
Katla Fish – 500 gm (you may use any fish)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 2.5 tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Coriander seeds -1/2 tsp
Black Pepper – 8 to10
Green Chillies – 2
Garlic – 18 to 20 cloves
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Tomatoes – 2
Mustard Oil – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

  2. Maam .ek baat janni hai ..agar main kabhi fish sabji banate hue ,lahsoon bhul gai dalna matlb ..pest ya lahsoon ki kali ..toh kya usko banne k baad bhi tadka k roop p daal sakte hai ?? Plz maam ..batiye , meri mummy brain hemmarge ki patient hai aur aksar ye bhul jati hai sabji banne k tume
