Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for White Sauce Pasta using cooking cream:

Ingredients (Serves 4-5)

For the Pasta:
400g elbow, penne, fettuccine, or any pasta of your choice
Water for boiling
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon oil (optional)

For the White Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon oil
Sliced garlic 4-5 cloves
500ml cooking cream
2 cubes chicken stocks
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 tablespoon black pepper (freshly ground)
Salt to taste
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt and oil (optional).
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the White Sauce
In a pan, melt butter over low-medium heat and add oil.
Add the sliced garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Slowly pour in the cooking cream and stir.
Add chicken stock, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
Add mozzarella cheese and let it melt on low heat.

Step 3: Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the white sauce and toss until fully coated.
If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.
