What size macaroni please
Souther people have been making Mac and cheese this way for years. Why is she going viral for it? Smh
I did everything except flour and I didn’t have heavy cream, so I used all evaporated milk. My family enjoyed it and it was all gone in one day 😊
All it is is regular macaroni cheese just layered. You can tell not many people make homemade macaroni and cheese these days.

What no nutmeg?
Is that a teaspoon of each of the spices? That doesn’t doesn’t seem to be quite enough for all that cheese.
I think it is good but I do like Aretha Franklin’s Mac and Cheese recipe (available online) a little better. I also always add a teaspoon of nutmeg to any Mac and cheese sauce for that something you can’t put your finger on why it is better
Looks delicious but it would be easier if I had someone to grate all the cheese and clean up all the dishes; otherwise cooking is a breeze!!
