TINGIN PA LANG, ALAM MONG SIRA NANAMAN ANG DIET MO SA PANALONG SARAP NITONG GARLIC PEPPER BEEF!!!

INGREDIENTS
-1head chopped garlic
-500g beef sukiyaki cut
-pinch of salt
-about almost 1tsp ground black pepper
-mixture of 1Tbsp soy sauce and 3Tbsp oyster sauce
-a bit of water for deglazing
-60g butter
-4Tbsp flour
-1pc chicken cube
-1pc beef cube
-about 2.5Cups COLD water
-canned mushroom (400g net wt. 200g drained wt.)
-a bit of dark soy sauce (optional)

NOTE!!! Don’t overcook the meat so it won’t be rubbery.. If it becomes rubbery (overcooked), the last option would be to put more water and slow cook it until it becomes soft and tender.. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜Š
