  1. Vanilla Bean Ice Cream ASMR

    Ingredients:

    2 cups heavy cream

    1 cup whole milk

    3/4 cup granulated sugar

    1 tbsp @spriggourmet vanilla bean paste

    Pinch of salt

    Instructions:

    1. Mix the Base: In a medium saucepan, combine whole milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.

    2. Infuse with Vanilla: Remove from heat and whisk in the heavy cream & vanilla bean paste. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    3. Freeze: Transfer the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.

    4. Serve: Scoop and enjoy the perfect speckled vanilla bean paste ice cream!
