Ah! You wound up with a soggy bottom after all. Maybe cook the crust longer before filling?
Thank you!😊
I would’ve loved to have seen some ham, bacon, prosciutto, or Italian sausage added. It seemed too bland to me with just one cheese and no seasoning, other than salt and pepper.
As if we needed a new and more complicated to make pie dough. Do not use a knife in a cast-iron pan. It leaves scratches.
Can you make a video about the best Smart Grill?
That pastry is CLEARLY NOT COOKED! If you're blind baking with a liquid filling, why not cook it properly?! And I noticed the video skips getting the slice out of the pan, which is going to be tricky in a skillet!
Happy Christmas, well done and thanks for the entertainment
Looks great – I wish Becky would slow down her delivery a bit. It always sounds like she's in an apologetic rush. She's an expert and we're here to listen. Thanks!
The crust looks under baked. 😮
The crust to filling ratio is off. Too thick of crust layer for that thin of filling layer. Needs a deeper filling layer. Plus the crust looks underbaked.
Real men don't eat Quiche.
Y'all on ATK are specific about butter and the salt in it, but half-n-half is definitely not specific in its ratio of cream to milk.
Pointer finger..? Maybe nose picking finger or.. how about index?
It's like a salty "flan" 😮, looks good! Thank you!
So creative. Love the crust.
The filling looks awesome.
Now THIS is a recipe I can make! Yay!!!❤
To me, the crust looks underdone both on the bottom and the sides. I’d do the second step of most pre baking a pie crust instructions of removing the weights and foil for more time in the oven.
Needs bacon
better than cheesecake
Recipe looks good but between baking and rests you’re looking at 5+ hours. Makes hitting an 11 am brunch a challenge.
