Did this tonight. I never would have used the bacon with sriracha mayo. I even used bacon grease when sautéing the onions. Added a bit of paprika to the may too. Used buttermilk to stick the flour. Overall, a terrific sandwich! Thanks for the video. I will do this again!

Did you know that there are a bunch of flavored salts sold now. I tried Saltopia off QVC and they are pretty good. Amazon also has some but haven't see to much on here using them. Did just make a McRib sandwitch 😁, need to get me a tenderloin at Costco and try this 👍. I don't have a Blackstone but do have power smokeless grill which will work
