  1. I followed along and at first when I saw the cake was thin I thought something was wrong. I guess I didn’t spread as flat as I should so some parts were thinner than others. But ended up soaking all the milks very well and it was the best cake I’ve ever done! So delicious! 🤤 I’ll do it again for sure!

Struck me as funny: "Use baking spray if that "sparks joy", because I was watching this other Italian as a first language speaker YouTube chef saying she was going to make the pan greasing "scrumptious" using butter of course, and her english speaking hubby camera man actully argued with her about correct use of language! Butter=scrumptious, works for me. In a hurry? Baking spray might just give you joy, but butter is scrumptious.

  3. I just had a piece of Dos Leches yesterday and I love it. Your cake looks just liek the one I tasted. I am so glad you told us the difference but if I wanted to make Dos Leches which milk do i omit? I did buy your book on Amazon because I love they way you cook. 🤩 Happy HOlidays and thank you so much
