Looking for a special occasion centrepiece? This roast pork roulade makes a gorgeous alternative to the typical roast dinner, and is special enough even for Christmas Day.
A pork loin joint is butterflied and rolled with a mixture of mushrooms, bacon and walnuts. It’s tied and browned briefly in a walnut crust, then roasted to perfection in the oven.
This roast pork loin roulade is a stunning centrepiece for Christmas dinner if you’re looking to serve something new and unique. Or why not try it for Sunday lunch or your next dinner party over the festive season?
