  1. Rao sauce is not that greta and how they make meat balls is not how italians or how how anyone else makes them. Thats how you make them when you have to stretch the meat. Its a depression era recipe. There is no secret ingredient. Its just a lousy meatball. I promise my sauce and meatballs are better.

  2. I am making all three! Thank you Nicole, I just love watching you cook and your sense of humor! Question… I printed out the Rao's meatball recipe and it said one cup freshly grated parmesan, you used Pecorino Romano cheese. Would that be your recommendation to use Pecorino?

  3. Campbell’s just bought Rao’s for like $2.7Billion. Hope they don’t water it down & sweeten it out of recognition, because that will ruin it (& everyone will stop buying it!). Someone on the internet commented to get the 100calories per serving version, and not the watery flavourless version of 80calories per serving that’s already out there on the market somewhere… (I haven’t even tried it yet, and am already worried they’ll change the recipe!)
