Here is the detailed recipe of healthy besan toast

*RECIPE*
1. Take 1 bowl of besan, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp haldi powder, half tbsp red mirch powder, half tbsp garam masala and water.
2. Make a smooth batter.
3. Add 1 chopped onion, half chopped capsicum, 1 chopped green chili and some coriander leaves. Give a good mix.
4. Take a bread slice. Coat with the besan batter.
5. Grease tawa with some ghee or oil and cook the bread for both the sides.
6. Add a cheese slice and cover with another bread slice.
7. Cook both the sides well.
8. Enjoy with tomato ketchup or chutney.
9. Your cheesy delicious besan toast is ready. Enjoy
