Ingredients:

For Rose Rasmalai:
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 litre Cow Milk
Ice Cold Sugar Water
1/2 Litre Milk
4-5 drops Rose Essence
2-3 drops Rose Colour (optional)
1 cup Sugar
6 cups Water for the Sugar Syrup

For Phirni:
1/4 cup Crushed Basmati Rice (soaked for 30 mins)
1/2 litre Milk
1/2 litre Water
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/3 cup Condensed Milk

For Whipping Cream:
1 cup Chilled Whipped Cream
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup Condensed Milk

For Garnishing:
2 tbsp Pista choppings
1 tsp Rose Petals
