Can you make 3 loaves at one time, triple the recipe throw them in the oven together???
I add a bit of lemon juice to the blueberries then sprinkle with flour before adding to mixture. The lemon juice makes the blueberry flavour pop. Love the recipe it is so simple!

I’m conflicted haha I made blueberry bread from your strawberry bread recipe only because my strawberries went bad. I made a blueberry icing with it and it turned out amazing! This recipe the bread looks lighter and maybe more on the sweet side.

Mmmm, blueberry cake. I'm sorry, I refuse to call this a bread. It's a cake, plain and simple, I don't care that it was made in a bread tin.
Can we use other fruits instead of blueberry, such as raspberries or strawberries?
I used frozen blueberries, and the loaf came out not tasting very much like blueberries (even though there were a ton of them lol) – could it be because they were frozen?
