I feel like this isn’t even meat, it’s just fat. It should be classified as fat w/ meat marbling. This is something that frequently consumed in Slavic countries. Straight up fat w/ a tiny amount of meat at attached at the bottom. But they don’t refer to it as meat. 🤷🏼♀️
