I love rye bread but I prefer dark rye. The problem is that it is very difficult to procure dark rye flour. No grocer stocks dark rye. Why is this so?

Really? You have a weighing scale and you are using these silly and unreliable cups and spoons? That does not make sense. A weighing scale is much more precise than those silly little spoons.
