Chicken (Boneless) – 2 Kg
Shallots Paste – 400g
Tomato Paste – 400g
Ginger Paste – 150g
Garlic Paste – 150g
Green Chilli – 4 Nos.
Fennel Seeds – A Handful
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 3 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 50g
Pepper Powder – 100g
Salt – 2 Handful
Curry Leaves – A Handful
Mint Leaves – A Handful

Yes , being madurakaran intha mathiri food ellam ippo koranjuruchu… patta,brinji ela, munthiri paste , elakai nu so many ingredients illama simple aa semma tasty aa irukum… but ithu eallam engayachum kalyana vtula sapta tha undu… matha edam ellam typical taste got changed and influenced… however very happy see this ❤

Tried this recipe and honestly came out very bad. This recipe only looks good and suitable only for larger gatherings where you want to reduce chicken consumption and increase just the gravy consumption. Not suitable for home cooking.
