Wow you smart and yes they are intended for Filipinos…I have lived in Dubai for 6 years and I am very acknowledged with Filipinos. Even have a taste for their food and all I said was wish English was spoken. Don't bring issues when there is none. Ain't nobody got time for that. Thank you.
