Start your day with a load of healthy fats and #antioxidants with our Blueberry smoothie.
Serves 2/3
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice (we used oatmilk)
1 cup Ice
1 ripe Avocado
1 cup Blueberries (Frozen or fresh)
1 tsp Lemon juice & 1 tsp Lemon zest
1 Tbsp Condensed Milk (optional)
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth consistency is obtained. Add a bit of water to adjust consistency. Enjoy!
