1시간 핏물 빼주고,
끓는물에 한번 데쳐주고,
일반 고추가루 5스푼
고운 고추가루 2스푼
한번 섞어주고,
불켜고, 물을 조금씩 부어주면서 볶아주고,
진간장 1/3컵 넣고,
시판용 매운양념갈비소스 1스푼
물 500ml넣고,
중,약불에서 뚜껑닫고 15분
그사이 채소손질(집에 있는것 무엇이든)
참기름 2스푼
통깨 2스푼
원물이 너무좋네요
