On this video, I smoked some tenderloin on a brand new ASMOKE Essential portable battery powered smoker and let me tell you I’m really impressed with the ASMOKE Essential smoker. I love the portability of the smoker but not only that, it produced some amazing tasting food too. This smoker is very efficient and something I’m taking with me when we go camping or fishing.

Looks like a pretty cool smoker other than if it’s a windy day or maybe even the fan there’s pellets soaked like all over the place that’s not good

Nice review, Joe. This would also hit the sweet spot for apartment dwellers, single folks, RVers, retired folks, etc. who don't need a huge smoker or who don't have the space for it. I've got a challenge for you if you're up to it. Try doing a full packer brisket on it. Granted, you'd probably have to do a mid-cook pellet refill and battery swap, but I think if you could pull it off, wow, what an awesome testament to the versatility of this little gem!
