簡単で見た目も楽しい！おいしくてお酒がすすむキャンプ飯を3品つくりました！キャンプおつまみの参考になったらうれしいです。 ①ユッケ風焼きコンビーフ ■材料(2人分) コンビーフ 1缶 卵黄 1個 粗挽き黒コショウ 適量 ■作り方 スキレットを中火にかけ、コンビーフを入れてフォークでまんべんなくほぐす 火からおろし、中央にくぼみをつくって卵黄を落とし入れる 黒コショウをふりかける ②ニンニクの丸ごと素揚げ ■材料(2人分) ニンニク 1個 オリーブオイル 適量 塩 ■作り方 オリーブオイルを弱火で160℃まで温める ニンニクを入れ、12〜3分ほどじっくり火を通す(触らない) ニンニクの皮に焼き色が付いたら、火を止める 油を切り、熱いうちに塩をふりかける ③バターコーン焼き ■材料(2人分) コーン缶 1缶(固形量120g) (A)片栗粉 大さじ2 (A)水 大さじ1と1/2 (A)マヨネーズ 小さじ2 (A)塩コショウ 少々 しょうゆ 適量 バター 適量 ■作り方 コーン缶をザルに上げて、水気を切っておく シェラカップなどに(A)を合わせておく 2に1を加えて、混ぜ合わせる ホットサンドメーカーの両面にバターを引き、3を流し入れる。薄く広げ、フタを閉じる 両面をひっくり返しながら、弱火で6〜7分ほど焼く 焼き色がついたら、さらにバターをのせ、しょうゆをまわしかける #キャンプ #キャンプ飯 #キャンプ料理 #ソロキャンプ #お酒 動画の要望や質問なども受け付けているので、チャンネル登録やコメントもよろしくお願いします！ アウトドアwebマガジン「hinata」： hinataストア： Instagram： X： facebook： TikTok： 公式アプリ： source
