I’ve stumbled onto something crazy good. I was in my pantry a few weeks ago looking for something to make for dinner. I love ramen, I have Shin Black ramen. I have Hormel chili in can, no beans.
What if?
Cook the ramen noodles, no seasoning packets.
Take a large bowl, coat the bottom with some hot sesame oil (I use the Dynasty brand). Add the noodles to the bowl. Heat up your chile, add some cubed cheddar cheese, roughly half inch square. When the cheese begins to melt, dump it on top of your ramen.
But wait! There’s more!
Now top it with 2 tablespoons of sour cream. And finally, add some dashes of Tapatio on top.
It will blow your mind!
