DIRECTIONS:
► STEP 1: In a mixing bowl, combine and mix the Yogurt Mixture ingredients together until well combined.
► STEP 2: Pour yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it out into a thin layer.
► STEP 3: Add toppings onto the yogurt mixture.
► STEP 4: Place baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours until yogurt is hardened.
► STEP 5: When fully hardened, remove yogurt bark from parchment paper and break apart into small pieces – you can use your hands or cut with a knife.
► STEP 6: Store the yogurt bark in an air-tight container in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them, and consume right away before they melt. Enjoy!

Well if you have sugar in any of those toppings it automatically goes from healthy to not healthy. Thankfully there are sugar-free alternatives to most of the delightful toppings so I'm going to try this one.

So Delicious!
