My salmon sticks to every pan 😭 even non stick! I don't know why, when it's oiled….
When it come to oils don’t use olive oil it should not be heated instead use a hight temp oil then your oil won’t burn and you don’t have to worry about it

Don’t cook salmon. Period. It’s much better raw, with the exception of the skin. Crispy salmon skin hand roll with raw salmon, cream cheese, scallions and bbq eel is an amazing breakfast!
